Debuted last year at CONEXPO, RTDensity takes the guesswork out of asphalt compaction. RTDensity uses artificial intelligence to quickly verify density during the compaction process, eliminating the need for costly, inadequate quality control methods that do not provide a full picture of the quality of the construction and that could potentially damage newly constructed asphalt roads. RTDensity can also be seamlessly retrofitted onto any vibratory steel drum compactor and set up in less than an hour.
